- NBN connection plates to be fit off
- front side window to be replaced (cracked)
- weather seals to be installed (front door)
- air con duct casing in bed 2 to be replaced (broken)
- plug for bath to be provided
- appliances to be installed (on day of settlement)

ReplyDeleteThe Manna Gum brick looks lovely! I think that's what we are going to go with (our appointment is on Monday). What are your floors if you don't mind me asking? Is it timber laminate or bamboo/hardwood?
